PANDORA A/S has planned the following dates in 2013 for the financial statements, the Annual General Meeting and payment of annual dividend:

 

26 February 2013:                      Annual Report 2012

20 March 2013:                          Annual General Meeting

26 March 2013:                          Payment of annual dividend

14 May 2013:                              Interim Report for the first quarter of 2013

13 August 2013:                         Interim Report for the second quarter of 2013 

12 November 2013:                    Interim Report for the third quarter of 2013

 

Any shareholder who proposes business to be transacted at the Annual General Meeting on Wednesday 20 March 2013 must submit the proposal(s) to the Board of Directors' Secretariat not later than Tuesday 5 February 2013.
