PANDORA A/S has planned the following dates in 2012 for the financial statements, the Annual General Meeting and payment of annual dividend:

21 February 2012:         Annual Report 2011

20 March 2012:              Annual General Meeting

26 March 2012:              Payment of annual dividend

8 May 2012:                    Interim Report for the first quarter of 2012

7 August 2012:               Interim Report for the second quarter of 2012 

6 November 2012:          Interim Report for the third quarter of 2012

Any shareholder who proposes business to be transacted at the Annual General Meeting on Tuesday 20 March 2012 must submit the proposal(s) to the Board of Directors' Secretariat not later than Monday 6 February 2012 at 4:00 pm.
