CORRECTION TO COMPANY ANNOUNCEMENT NO 217 - PANDORA ANNOUNCES FINANCIAL RESULTS FOR 2014

Following the announcement of Company Announcement no 217, we have become aware of an error in the Danish version of the release, regarding the number of store openings in 2015.

The correct sentence reads (in Danish):

"PANDORA plans to continue to expand the store network and expects to add more than 300 new concept stores in 2015."

which sentence replaces the incorrect sentence that read (in Danish):

"PANDORA plans to continue to expand the store network and expects to add more than 275 new concept stores in 2015."
